Is This BRUTAL Shotgun Actually Worth It in Ghost Recon Breakpoint: The Spartan Protocol

I'd been warned about the VEPR-12 MOLOT and after dragging this brutal modded shotgun through Golem Island, I get why. This Ghost Recon Breakpoint run pushes the most punishing setup yet: the VEPR-12 (Zenitco) alongside the AK5C and the full mod loadout from last episode, thrown straight at Golem Island's relentless enemies on the Medic class challenges. Spoiler: the island won. The fights were so intense we only managed to clear a single challenge level and honestly the only reason I walked away at all was this shotgun, even though I genuinely can't recommend it unless you're a bit of a sadist. Is it brutal? Yes. Is it somehow effective? Also yes. Solo, PvE, no squad just me, a punishing gun, and the hardest island in the game. Would you actually run the VEPR-12, or is it too much?
