Part 5 of The Spartan Protocol takes the Nightmare Edition stack into its first high-stakes rescue operation. Tracking intel across the map, locating prisoners, and getting them out alive all of it happens under a reinforcement system that treats every alert as permanent. The QRF response times under the Spartan Mod and Extreme Difficulty don't allow for repositioning and retrying. Once the first radio call goes out, the mission shape changes completely and the only direction available is forward. Protecting a high-value target when enemies never stop arriving is a different tactical problem to surviving alone. Every decision that would be recoverable in a solo run becomes a potential mission failure when someone else's survival is attached to it.
