Is Ground Branch Still Worth It In 2026?

Ground Branch might be getting on a bit now, but TH is still one of the most brutal, rewarding tactical experiences out there so I threw myself at three different maps to see if it holds up in 2026. First up: Run Down, where I failed a LOT before finally clearing all 43 enemies. Then Ranch, which turned into a full-on war against an entire cartel army it was going perfectly... right up until the very last guy dropped me. Easily the most fun I've had in this game. Finally we closed out on 747, the plane map, cranked to max enemies for one last push. The AI can be a bit daft at times, and Ground Branch is unforgiving as ever, but once you learn how to move and expect enemies from absolutely anywhere, it becomes genuinely hilarious and ridiculously satisfying. Brutal, old-school, and still brilliant. Is Ground Branch still worth playing in 2026?
